Enjoying a peaceful morning in the United States thankful to the men and women of our Armed Forces, Intelligence Service*, and Law Enforcement Agencies, my better half and I were watching Fox & Friends (to get a 'fair and balanced' news view) this morning.  A story popped up about "The nation's drugmakers stand ready to spend $150 million to help President Barack Obama overhaul health care this fall, according to numerous officials..".

   That did not make sense at first, since most Medical personnel are against the Obama "State Run" Health Care plan that is being shoved down our throats.  Most sane people realize that this bill is a huge step towards Socialism in the United States.  Control a person's health, you control the person. 
    Insurance Companies are against this bill since it would destroy their privately built under Capitalism ways of life.  Doctor's are against this bill since it would destroy their way of life, their ability to treat, how to treat, basically, it would affect their entire existence unless it was under Government control. 
     Just about every freedom loving American is against this Socialist monster Health Care Bill that no in the Senate has read called Obama Care. 
    So why?   So why would the Drug Companies be giving $150 MILLION dollars to support it? 
   Tic toc  tic toc.......times up.

   For the same reason why Lockheed Martin, Gruman, Dyn Corps, and most defense related industry 'support' big Government....for big fat Government contracts and big fat wads of tax payer money. 
   If Obama Care gets shoved, rammed, pushed through, then the Government begins control of the Medical industry.  The Socialist Government will then be telling which patients can have what, when, where, how.  But the Socialist Government will have under it's thumb,  millions of Americans in it's huge Socialist HMO bureaucracy, and all of these minions will need their anti depressants, their high blood pressure, diabetes, etc Medications..and Erectile Dysfunction pills too.  All of these millions of people will require millions of drugs and since it's under a Government control medical system, Government contracts will be required to fill these prescriptions. 
    That's why big Pharmacy is supporting Obama.  And Pelosi calls the Insurance industry greedy.  Ha.  She'll be getting her cut too, probably in post plastic surgical meds and a nice chunk in that off shore untraceable account full of U.S. Tax Payer dollars, along with the rest of them supporting this insane road to Socialism.

Hispanic senator warns Republicans on Sotomayor vote

WASHINGTON (AFP) – The only Hispanic Democratic US Senator, Robert Menendez, and leaders of major Latino groups warned Wednesday that Republicans will "pay a price" for voting against Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor.  "I believe the Republicans will pay a price for saying 'no' to this judge," and to President Barack Obama's policies in general, Menendez said in Spanish at a press conference ahead of Sotomayor's all-but-certain confirmation.

Menendez also accused Senate Republican leaders of doing everything they could to oppose the confirmation of Sotomayor, and called opposition to her despite her qualifications "a slap and an offense to the Hispanic community."

Janet Murguía, head of the National Council of La Raza, head of the National Council of La Raza, said Sotomayor's nomination had galvanized and united the diverse US Hispanic population and cautioned Republicans about the coming vote.

    Those reason smack of racism, pure and simply.  For the reason for voting for Sonia Sotomayor because she is Hispanic will now set a presedence that all future candidates across the entire political/judical spectrum must NOT BE Caucasian, otherwise it will be considered 'racist'.   Anyone that supports the reason to vote for Sonia Sotomayor based upon 'race', and citing the fact that she is Hispanic are themselves...racist.  For they a judging upon race, not upon merit.

Smuggling Tanks Through Kenya

July 31, 2009: Last September, a Ukrainian ship carrying a cargo of over 2,000 tons of weapons (including 33 T-72 tanks) to Kenya, was seized by Somali pirates, who promptly demanded $35 million for the ship. This was negotiated down to $20 million them finally, $3.2 million in ransom.

But while the negotiations, which took three months, were underway, questions were raised about where those tanks were headed. The paperwork said Kenya, and the Kenyans said the tanks were for their army. But the Kenyans use American and British armored vehicles. When the tanks finally arrived in Kenya, they were taken to an army base. But satellite photos showed that those tanks were moved several times, until they crossed the border into South Sudan. Two other ships carried more tanks to Kenya, and eventually about a hundred T-72s ended up in South Sudan.

What happened here is not unusual. Bribes were paid to get the tanks (and dozens of artillery pieces, plus thousands of tons of ammo, tools and spare parts) into Kenya and thence into South Sudan. All this was strictly illegal because of a UN arms embargo on Sudan. But the (largely Christian and black) people of southern Sudan have been fighting the (largely Moslem and Arab) people of northern Sudan for decades. There is a peace deal in effect between the Sudan government, and the southern rebels. This deal calls for a vote in the south, to decide if the people there want to remain part of Sudan, or split off and form a new government.

The big issue here is oil, which has been discovered near the northern border of "South Sudan." The Sudanese government is not trusted by the southerners, who expect an invasion if the vote calls for independence. The 2005 peace deal stipulated that the vote would have taken place by now, but has been delayed several times by the Sudanese government, and is now scheduled for April of next year. The South Sudanese are arming to maintain their official independence, in the face of a possible Sudanese invasion.

The Sudanese have been buying Chinese tanks, and have several hundred of them. Most are older models, about equal to the T-72s the southerners have. The Sudanese army has a bad track record when it comes to maintaining armored vehicles. So it is not expected to be capable of moving, and using, an overwhelming number of them in the south. Thus the new South Sudan tank force, if used by well trained crews, could prevent the Sudanese army from just blitzing their way through the south. The South Sudanese are getting covert help from Israel, and overt help from other Western nations. Sudan is an ally of Iran, and thus not very popular anywhere. That makes it easier for the South Sudanese to get along with a little help from their many new friends.

    I wonder how much of kickback Obama is getting from this.  No doubt our Intelligence apparatus knew about this via HUMINT and SATINT.   But Obama did nothing.....just let these highly destructive Main Battle Tanks make their way into the hands of a Islamic terrorist who are murdering Africans by the thousands.  Now they have high tech top of the line battle tanks.  As for the article saying that the Sudanese Army has a bad track record of maintaining and using armor....that was then..this is now..and now...Al Qaeda is strongly entrenched in Sudan/Somalia..which means money, manpower, expertise.

   I've heard this story via a local radio talk show host...one of those who have yet the right to free speech protected by the Constitution.  The talk show host made a point I agree with.  Obama has deep psychological issues against the Police Department in Cambridge, which is why Obama made the quick remark..."stupid" towards the Cambridge Police Department.  Obama said exactly what he honestly feels deep inside towards teh CPD.  "Stupid".   Here's the story:

Barack Obama is no longer a scofflaw,at least in Cambridge and Somerville.

Two weeks before the US senator from Illinois launched his presidential campaign, he paid parking tickets he received while attending Harvard Law School, officials said yesterday.

Obama received 17 parking tickets in Cambridge between 1988 and 1991, according to the city's Traffic, Parking & Transportation Department.

Of those tickets, he paid only two while he was a student and paid them late, said Susan Clippinger, the office's director.

In January, about when the Globe began asking local officials about Obama's time at Harvard, including any violations of local laws, someone representing the senator called the parking office to inquire about the decades-old tickets.

On Jan. 26, the remaining $375 in fines and fees were paid by credit card using the city's website, Clippinger said. She said she didn't know who paid them.

"I think it's fabulous he finally paid them," Clippinger said by phone yesterday. "I think others who owe us money should pay us, too."

Jen Psaki, a spokeswoman for the Obama campaign, said last night that the senator paid for the tickets out of a personal account.

She would not comment on why it had taken him so long to pay the tickets and fees. "All I can do is confirm that he paid all the tickets and late fees in full," she said.

Clippinger said her records show that Obama received the tickets between Oct. 5, 1988, and Jan. 12, 1990, for violations including parking in a resident-only area, blocking a bus stop, and failing to put money in meters.

He received most of the tickets in fall 1988, in his first year at Harvard Law School, a grueling trial for many of the students. A meter violation then cost only $5; the penalty for not paying promptly tacked on another $15. At times, he received multiple tickets in the same day for exceeding the time limit at a meter.

In total, he incurred $140 in fines and $260 in late fees. In February 1990, he paid two of the tickets, one for $10 and the other for $15.

"He's certainly not our worst ticket scofflaw," Clippinger said. "Unfortunately, it's not that abnormal. It's actually pretty run of the mill."

Obama's payment of the Cambridge tickets was reported yesterday by The Somerville News.

The Globe reported in January that in Somerville, where Obama lived while attending Harvard, the senator still owed the city $73 in excise taxes and $45 in late penalties for parking in a bus stop in 1990 and in a street-sweeping zone in 1991. Both of the tickets had been paid.

Tom Champion, a spokesman for the city of Somerville, said he called Obama's office after receiving a query about the late fees from the Globe in late January.

By the next Monday, Jan. 29,he said, the penalties were paid.

"He had no idea he had outstanding charges," Champion said. "The Globe, by raising the issue, called it to his attention, and then he paid them immediately."

    And Obama is your President?  Those beers will be soured by the ill intent of two of the participents towards the other.  Real men do work out things over a beer, real friends do as well, but this is a public relations stunt, nothing more. 

   I think you know what I'm talking about dear reader......it's both the thing and word you say when you walk in the grass and a dog was there before you and you step on it.  Starts with an 's' and ends with a 't'.  
   Vice President Biden....just can't help himself to get the United States (and himself) into a really big sink hole.

   Now let's talk about what everyone seems to be talking about....the Black crutch.  Reports I've read and heard is that Black Scholar Henry L. Gates Jr.  has accepted PrezBo's invitation to go to the White House.  All of the Caucasian Marine Guards and Secret Service had better watch their P's & Q's, or better yet.....request to change shifts with any non Caucasian for fear of being identified as a racist by Henry Gates when he comes to the White House. 
   "He didn't open the door fast enough cause I'm black man in America."  "He looked at me longer than 3 seconds cause I'm a black man in America."   "He didn't even say anything to me cause I'm a black man in America." 
    Yeah, this is another very brilliant move by both President Obama and H.L. Gates to heal the racial wounds that they opened up.  Let's just throw more gas on the fire, and maybe they can feel vindicated by gettin' back at Whitey.

    What history....?  Recent history?  Is Obama saying that African Americans are exclusive to being discriminated against in America? 
    
    Seems many people want to open that door and go down that road....so....let's go.  How about going to any local news website, TV or newspaper of any city.  Do we want to start counting the stories of crime committed by black males?   Some one on the TV or radio I heard whinned about the disproportionate number of black males in prison.  They had a choice...they could break the law or obey the law....no gray area there. 
    Here's a big question?  If this Nation was so racist as Obama/Gates are claiming...how could a black man become President?  Wouldn't that 'secretive' white power structure have prevented it from happening?  Oh, darn, don't you hate it when there's no facts to back up such ridiculous claims.  Yes there's racism in this Nation, and it permeates in the souls of people like Obama and Gates, Sharpton, Jackson, Shabaz.  Gee, funny thing...they're all black males...and over 40 too! Hmmm.?   Everyone else in the United States, and pretty much the World has grown and moved on.  

  So with all this...aren't you happy you voted for Obama/Biden.  What a team.

  BirdsEyeView, as an American Citizen, fully recognizes the Interim Government of Honduras as the legitimate representative of the Nation and People of Honduras. 
   Whereas the removal of force of an elected person of Office is not endorsed nor favored by BirdsEyeView, it does at times, become necessary for the overall good of a Nation and it's People. 
    The United States of America would not exist if it were not for such a like action.
    The People of Honduras in majority, have shown support and favor of the brave and honorable actions of the Honduran Military, Judicial Offices, and principle Politicians that took action in order to maintain democracy and continuity of their Constitution in their Nation.
    History will prove their actions in Honduras to be correct.  

  First things first, our best...our sons, daughters, husbands, wives, mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, friends....are still fighting, and sadly, dying over in Afghanistan and in Iraq.  The war on fascist terrorist continues unabated.  But the State Run Main Stream Media gives only notice when Americans are killed or a celebrity shows up in the areas of operation.  Independent reporters and news organizations, which have yet the right to work by law......do report on what is happening, thankfully for that.  God bless our troops and keep them safe, and strike down our enemies and those who harbor them. 
   We just watched Acorn Leader Obama come out and give a half hearted non-excuse for his rookie mistake number 15 by commenting on the Cambridge police/Gates incident without having all the facts.  Something, someone like say....Mitt Romney, Mike Huckabee, Sarah Palin, would not have done....because of ........EXPERIENCE.  Did you hear an apology from the President for calling the Police...STUPID!.......did you?  I did not or miss it I guess.   I read....think I"ll listen.ha..that Robert Gibbs said everyone is too focused on that incident. 
    Well....Robert.....if your boss was 'experienced' enough, and did not harbor such internal deep racial hatred towards Caucasians, he would not have said what he said....but he did.
     Health care....don't fret, we have not forgot about that at all.  No way does anyone want to live under a socialist health care system that is going to send people over 65 to gas chambers for extermination because they're too old. 
     Is there some reason why you people who are supporting Barack Obama..still supporting him?  He had his chance to show who he is and what he could do.....and in six months.....we've seen the real demogue, anti American socialist come to light.  Yes, anti American, everything he does is to destroy individual freedoms and liberty, those two key compenents that built this great Nation and sustained it for 200 years.  Just count the Czars if you're not convinced.
