I was watching the news on TV while eating lunch a few minutes ago, Obama is in Pittsburg giving a talk about nothing. His speeches are hollow, they are filled with political rhetoric, not answers. His VP choice Biden said that people under $150,000.00 a year will see tax breaks, that's $100,000 drop in a week for those who would get tax breaks. It will trickle down until it reaches those who don't pay taxes as for the ones who get tax breaks....mark my words!! Obama's overall National plan is not fiscally feasiable otherwise.
Obama mentioned something about jobs, but since I don't believe what he says, I wasn't paying close attention, my fried rice was getting more attention from me. But I started thinking, after a reporter with the Obama campaign cited a Pennsylvanian Congressman saying that $150,000.00 is a huge difference between a person in the city v. a person living in a rural community. Truth. Maybe the city person maks that amount in half a year then quits working for the rest of the year, but the rural citizen, works their backside off all year to make that same amount. That's capitalism. Maybe the city job is a high stress job that requires six months down time to face it again whereas the rural job is growing flowers. That's capitalism. But no matter the job you have....Barack Obama is going to take more of your money from you!!
I was thinking also about the Steel belt States and how Obama and McCain are both fighting for their votes.
McCain wants to cut taxes, give more incentives to all businesses.
Obama.....is going to tax anyone who makes over $250,000.00 , $200,000.00, $150,000.00 a year.....and Obama is going to go full guns after ALL big businesses. That is recorded fact in many of his speeches, Exxon-Mobile is one company he cites frequently.
So WHY.....would any Steel company want to increase their business in the United States? What for since Obama and the DNC majority since 2006 Congress is going to come after their money??!! Truth.
No matter how much the Steel Unions protest, cry, and whine that it's unfair their jobs are going overseas.....Obama's economic policies are the reasons they will be driven overseas. When it comes down to it, the person that owns the Steel Company is trying to make a living, feed and cloth his/her family, and if it's more profitable to open a plant in Ireland or Japan, then so be it. That's what freedom is about. But it would be better to keep those jobs here for and by Americans. But how to do it??? Support John McCain, that's how. Then once McCain is President, hold him accountable for his promises until he comes through.
Obama is going eliminate NAFTA, for good or better, NAFTA is going away which in the short run will mean increased prices to cover tariffs and taxes on those good services now provided at much lower cost. Then the U.S. will have to start negotiating all over again, which will cost time because those negotiations will take months to work out all the details....and time will cost jobs.....as companies look at ways to survive since their goods and services no longer flow North or South. This is going to have a HUGE ripple affect, just like the mortgage fiasco has caused, as businesses grind to a halt awaiting new negotiations.
Now while waiting for these negotiations, Obama being all brand new to big World politics, is going to face a few huge international challenges. So how is he going to deal with those, negotiate new trade contracts with other Nations, and still keep his promise about getting new jobs to Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania?? Those Steel companies will start to close again, they'll have no choice. Unable to get their products bought either in the USA due to lack of money on every's part from Obama's new higher taxes, and companies from overseas they will be frozen out by trade restrictions by the Obama Government.
So make sure, if you're voting for 'Change', be sure you know what you're for and what you're ultimately going to get.
