Under the new 'Health Care' bill being brided and pushed through Congress via the DNC/Democrats and President Barack Obama, the issue of 'abortion' has come front and center.

"Under Reid’s “manager’s amendment,” there is no prohibition on abortion coverage in federally subsidized plans participating in the Exchange.  Instead the amendment includes layers of accounting gimmicks that demand that plans participating in the Exchange or the new government-run plan that will be managed by the Office of Personnel Management must establish “allocation accounts” when elective abortion is a covered benefit (p. 41).  Everyone enrolled in these plans must pay a monthly abortion premium (p. 41, lines 5-8), and these funds will be used to pay for the elective abortion services.  The Reid amendment directs insurance companies to assess the cost of elective abortion coverage (p. 43), and charge a minimum of $1 per enrollee per month (p. 43, lines 20-22)."

    There can not be any, ANY, member of Congress that calls themselves a Democrat and a Catholic, it is impossible because of the doctrine of the Catholic Church.  It's crunch time, it's high noon, it's whatever you want to call it...but the time is now.  The Catholic Church must 'excommunicate' any Democrat that supports this bill else wise they are living under false witness in the eyes of God Himself.
   A person cannot support a man made document and set of laws that will promote the act of abortion and still be an honest religious member of the Catholic Church.

The Catholic Church has always condemned abortion as a grave evil. Christian writers from the first-century author of the Didache to Pope John Paul II in his encyclical Evangelium Vitae ("The Gospel of Life") have maintained that the Bible forbids abortion, just as it forbids murder.

Concerning 'abortion' and an incident in Brazil:
Archbishop Jose Cardoso Sobrinho of Olinda and Recife said it was "a crime in the eyes of the church" and that human laws can never override the laws of God." 

    God is not going to give you, during your review of your life, wiggle room on any issues that He has already laid before us as Law.  The Catholic Church must make up it's mind, are they a Church governed by the rules of man, or the rules of God.   Man, woman, they must realize and make their own decisions too, do they wish to live under the law of man, or under the guidance of law from God.   Is the back street saying that 'forgive on Sunday, sin on Monday' the mantra that American Catholics live by?   How can a member of Congress truly be a Catholic and support such legislation that will enable abortion at will and be funded by people who are against abortion, or may have strong pro-choice views but not wish for their money for health care to be used for someone else's night of drunken irresponsibility?  Much less even support a bill that requires any support of abortion on undefined terms. 

    I am not a Catholic, but as I detest most members of our Congress and President for being hypocrites, I detest people who say they are religious but are trying to live in a gray zone that you, me, and God knows does not exist.

    So why should you pay taxes any more dear reader?  Why should you bother with obeying the law?   Why should you bother even going to work anymore?   The DNC/Democrats are making it all in vain in the end. 
   They say they are doing it for America...for Americans....they've cheapened, devalued, made irrelevant the meaning of citizenship.
    Seems God is sending a message with that snow storm on the east coast of the United States.  There is so much corruption, so much blatant evil in our Government, He is doing His best to give The People as sense of calm, beauty, and covering of the sin that has taken hold of Washington D.C. 
    If this so-called "Health Bill" which is in reality a shot of pure cancer into the veins of America, goes through......the DNC-Democrats OWN THIS BILL and they OWN all of the consequences that will result of this historic travesty.

   After this blatant snubbing in Copenhagen by the Chinese, some of us can look east (Far East) and are able to see some very dark, ominous clouds on the horizon.  Obama and the fraking politicians of our Congress had better start listening to the Pentagon and not to all of the fringe freaks and main stream media....because 'rules do not apply' to what is coming if this trend continues.  Read between the lines dear reader.

   

   I'm about sick of this question.  It was bantered about again on Sunday's Fox & Friends with Newt Gingrich and reported by Allison that a few Republican politicians have stated that Sarah Palin is not qualified to be President of the United States.  The qualifications are stated in the U.S. Constitution for all to read and heed.  I wish the current 'holder' of the Office would be gratuitous enough to show the American People his real birth certificate.   Oh oh oh I heard the collective grown.....B.E.V. is a birther.   Well, are you dear reader, fully and without reservation satisfied that Barack is fully qualified under and by the U.S. Constitution to be our President?  At this point, I really don't care for him producing a U.S. birth certificate that may or may not actually exist, he should be just impeached for running this Nation's wealth, future, freedom, and prosperity into the ruin and for his numerous personal/professional misconducts of lies from, during, and after the campaign.  As for Sarah Palin, those who keep asking....by the U.S. Constitution, she is qualified, much more so than Barack Obama who you didn't - out of fear, or bribes - question his qualifications. 

  I was thinking to call the subject line: Death of the United States, because, without a doubt, without reservation, with the knowledge that God Himself, knows I am right when I say that Obama is the crisis this Nation faces.  For if I am wrong, then let His hand wave and forbid this post to make it through the quagmire of the internet, then I will know that I was wrong and post it so.
 
 

US House passes financial reform bill

The Obama administration won a victory for its vision of financial reform on Friday, heading off a rebellion by conservative Democrats in the House of Representatives to pass a landmark regulation bill.

The legislation included a new Consumer Financial Protection Agency, an innovation fiercely opposed by banks and some Democrats.

President Barack Obama applauded the passage and said: “The crisis from which we are still recovering was born not only of failure on Wall Street, but also in Washington."

   B.E.V. begs to differ.....if Washington's politician's, especially the life-long-termed ones, were not corrupt and greedy through and through....this situation would have been diverted.  If those same politicians lived to the letter of their appointment, if they truly served The People, this economic collapse of the U.S. economy would have been diverted.  But now, Socialist, are in power, those who did not once call themselves 'socialist' have no jumped on the socialism bandwagon, and are steering this Nation into certain ruin.

   When a person gives a speech, they wish to convey their information to their audience either directly or indirectly.  Often as we know in the case of politicians, speeches are given indirectly in order to protect them from telling the full truth of their feelings, beliefs.  Then after a speech, someone makes a remark about a part or text, when that happens, we hear their public relations team come back with the standard "what he/she really meant to say was...."   Granted, not always do politicians give speeches laden with double speak, vague messages, but when it comes to major speeches, only half the truth is revealed, the rest is fluff.   Then there's the professional politician that gives a speech in order to move people in a direction they wish them to go. 
    Yesterday, PrezBo gave his acceptance speech for the Nobel Peace Prize.  I heard parts, because it was 6:30 am my time when it was being broadcasted live, so mornings are a routine for most people to get ready for work, school, mine was no exception yesterday. 
    What I heard, well, B.E.V. takes issue on a few things that were said in between the lines:

    "And yet I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the considerable controversy that your generous decision has generated. In part, this is because I am at the beginning, and not the end, of my labors on the world stage.."

      If Barack Obama was any kind of real man, a real leader, a real President of the United States, he would have taken that moment to decline the NPP and have it given to someone who justly earned it.  

    And then there are the men and women around the world who have been jailed and beaten in the pursuit of justice; those who toil in humanitarian organizations to relieve suffering; the unrecognized millions whose quiet acts of courage and compassion inspire even the most hardened of cynics. I cannot argue with those who find these men and women — some known, some obscure to all but those they help — to be far more deserving of this honor than I.

    This is the point Obama could have named a deserving person from this 'group' of people.

And it will require us to think in new ways about the notions of just war and the imperatives of a just peace.

    Third anti-George Bush/Iraq War statement and that he would not have gone to war over 9/11 Trade Towers destruction.  Which a bright foreign intelligence officer building that dossier on Obama, that even if 3000 Americans die in one event, Obama will not go to war.

We must begin by acknowledging the hard truth that we will not eradicate violent conflict in our lifetimes. There will be times when nations — acting individually or in concert — will find the use of force not only necessary but morally justified.

    Obama subliminally himself, inserting and reiterating the fact about not going to war no matter how many Americans get killed in a single event, nor does that he really care about security for the Nation he has sworn to protect.

I make this statement mindful of what Martin Luther King said in this same ceremony years ago: "Violence never brings permanent peace. It solves no social problem: It merely creates new and more complicated ones.

   Another statement that Obama will not use force in dealing with terrorist or other Nations.  Afghanistan he has no choice but his decisions and words concerning pulling out indicate further proof of his intentions of weakening the USA.

As someone who stands here as a direct consequence of Dr. King's life's work

   Don't look at me as a President...look at me because I'm black!  And again, being more of a divider, not a uniter.

A nonviolent movement could not have halted Hitler's armies.

    Second anti-German statement and inwardly he feels it's okay to kill caucasians/europeans.  Which goes against everything he stated beforehand about using non violence/war to solve issues on the World stage.

I raise this point because in many countries there is a deep ambivalence about military action today, no matter the cause. At times, this is joined by a reflexive suspicion of America, the worlds sole military superpower.

The service and sacrifice of our men and women in uniform has promoted peace and prosperity from Germany to Korea, and enabled democracy to take hold in places like the Balkans.

   Another anti-German thought and that it is okay to kill caucasian europeans on behalf of Islam.

The world rallied around America after the 9/11 attacks, and continues to support our efforts in Afghanistan, because of the horror of those senseless attacks and the recognized principle of self-defense. Likewise, the world recognized the need to confront Saddam HusseinKuwait — a consensus that sent a clear message to all about the cost of aggression. when he invaded

Furthermore, America cannot insist that others follow the rules of the road if we refuse to follow them ourselves. For when we don't, our action can appear arbitrary, and undercut the legitimacy of future intervention — no matter how justified.

   The fifth anti-George Bush/Iraq War statement.  Also telling that Obama will not go to war no matter what....basically, it's open season on Americans as far as Obama is concerned.

This becomes particularly important when the purpose of military action extends beyond self-defense or the defense of one nation against an aggressor. More and more, we all confront difficult questions about how to prevent the slaughter of civilians by their own government, or to stop a civil war whose violence and suffering can engulf an entire region.

I believe that force can be justified on humanitarian grounds, as it was in the Balkans

  Obama will not go to war...unless it benefits Islam.

Let me make one final point about the use of force. Even as we make difficult decisions about going to war, we must also think clearly about how we fight it.

   Obama will avoid going to war at all cost.....surrendering on certain aspects/points is more appealing to Obama than going to war.

That is why I prohibited torture. That is why I ordered the prison at Guantanamo Bay closed. And that is why I have reaffirmed America's commitment to abide by the Geneva Conventions. We lose ourselves when we compromise the very ideals that we fight to defend.

     Obama signaling to Islam that he is their friend, tieing the hands of our Military and Intelligence agencies and personnel on behalf of the enemies of the USA.

    **** That is just over half way through that speech dear reader.  Safe to say that the Rules for Radicals is in full play inside the Obama White House.   A side bar:  Sarah Palin and Newt Gingrich were both quick to jump out on a band wagon and congratulate Obama on that speech......which gives B.E.V. great concern and pause to endorse either in the immediate future.

Obama to GOP: 'Stop trying to frighten the American people'

President Barack Obama told House Republican leaders to "stop trying to frighten the American people" even as he and Democrats said they see a possibility for bipartisan cooperation on job creation legislation.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) told reporters that Obama made the admonition during a bipartisan meeting at the White House on Wednesday, producing a chart to show Republicans that "things are a lot better."

   Obama doesn't get it..or he really does which I believe, and that OBAMA DOES NOT CARE!!!  if the average American is frightened by his continued march towards a socialist-dictatorship form of government in the USA.  Do you know dear reader what really scares me....is that the CIA, FBI, and our Military will blindly follow Obama and his Socialist minions in destroying this Nation just like the German military and law enforcement did in the 1930's with Hitler.  That is what scares me more than anything.

    Now, from my inbox, this is what gives me some real hope for our Nation, because these Representatives of The People are doing what we are asking.....WHERE IS ALL THE MONEY, WHERE HAS ALL OF THAT MONEY GONE!!!???

(Washington, D.C.) – Congressman Jeff Miller (FL-01), Congressman Joe Wilson (SC-02), Congressman Jack Kingston (GA-01), and Congressman Mark Souder (IN-03) today demanded an audit of stimulus funds.  Just this morning, reports showed that Mark Penn, Hillary Clinton’s pollster, received $6 million in stimulus money to preserve three jobs. Furthermore, the Administration still hasn’t thoroughly addressed the major discrepancies and inaccuracies of reporting on Recovery.gov. With the Government Accountability Office stating that one out of every 10 jobs created by the stimulus are also fake, it’s high time for Congress to act.  The National Commission on American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 will create a bipartisan commission to investigate the effects of this “stimulus” bill.  

Congressman Jeff Miller: “In my home state of Florida 52 jobs were created in the 34th Congressional District, according to the Recovery.gov website.  46 jobs were created in District 00. However, these districts simply don’t exist.  How can the Administration expect us to trust their dubious jobs created numbers when they can’t even manage their own website?  We need an audit of this spending immediately.”

Congressman Joe Wilson: “It’s time for Congress to demand answers on behalf of the hardworking taxpayers that we represent.  The misnamed stimulus is one of the largest spending bills in our nation’s history and it is critical that American taxpayers receive adequate answers as to the whereabouts of stimulus funds.  I can not fathom how Hillary Clinton’s pollster received $6 million to preserve just three jobs when that could sustain dozens of South Carolina’s families for life.  I urge Speaker Pelosi to consider our legislation to ensure full accountability of every stimulus dollar spent.”

Congressman Jack Kingston: “What do you get for $18 million?  The Obama Administration’s website that creates phony congressional districts and fishy jobs numbers.  It’s time to pull back the curtain and get some of that transparency and accountability promised on the campaign trail.  Until this Administration can provide the American people with an accurate accounting of their record breaking spending scheme, Congress should dry out the trough.”

Congressman Mark Souder: “Not only has the stimulus failed in its goal of reining in rising unemployment, the published report tracking the funds revealed imprecise statistics, nonexistent congressional districts and significantly overstated the number of jobs created. I am pleased to join Congressman Joe Wilson on this important legislation to put an end to this unaccountable stimulus spending spree. During this time of economic recession, Hoosier taxpayers deserve to know where and how their dollars are being spent.”

H.R. 4219, the National Commission on American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (text can be found here) will create a ten member panel, appointed by the President and Democrat and Republican leaders in the House and Senate, will investigate how many jobs have actually been saved or created by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (P.L. 111-5); the circumstances in which those jobs have been saved or created; and, the effectiveness of measures taken to prevent the improper payment of funds.  Following the investigation, the Commission will make recommendations on what changes could be made to save or create more jobs and what steps can be taken to prevent the improper allocation of taxpayer dollars.

    Okay, dear reader, .......Glenn Beck, like him or not, believe he's just making money for himself or a patriot in true color......his 'refounding America' is what this Nation needs and I emplore the members of the U.S. Congress, if you believe in what the Founding Father's did and built in this Nation, join these Representatives above in demading accountiblity of all of that TAX PAYER money that has just disappeared/stolen by the Obama Administration.   There is no gray area here.  You either a crook who is on the take with some of this money, or you're an American, of the People, for the People.  We the People....are watching!!  

 

    B.E.V. has been following Chavez's growing military build up and rhetoric of classical dictatorship propaganda, while telling you dear reader....that it is Hugo Chavez's full intention to go to a full out war against Columbia.  Let's look at the latest addition to his military:

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) - President Hugo Chavez said Monday that Venezuela has received thousands of Russian-made missiles and rocket launchers as part of his government's military preparations for a possible armed conflict with neighboring Colombia.

"They are preparing a war against us," Chavez said during a televised address, repeating a charge he has been making for months. "Preparing is one of the best ways to neutralize it."

Both Colombia and Washington deny having any plans to attack Venezuela, but Chavez argues they are plotting together a military offensive against Venezuela. Chavez says his government is acquiring more weapons as a precaution.

"Thousands of missiles are arriving," Chavez said. The former paratrooper-turned-president did not specify what type of missiles, but said Venezuela's growing arsenal includes Russian-made Igla-1S surface-to-air missiles and rocket-propelled grenades.

Chavez, who has been feuding with Colombia for months, claims an agreement between Bogota and Washington allowing the U.S. military to increase its presence at seven Colombian military bases poses a threat to his country. Colombia says the deal is only to help it fight the war on drugs and insurgents inside its territory.

Chavez also said Monday that Russian tanks, including T-72s, will be arriving "to strengthen our armored divisions."

Venezuela has bought more than $4 billion worth of Russian arms since 2005, including 24 Sukhoi fighter jets, dozens of attack helicopters and 100,000 Kalashnikov assault rifles. In September, Russia opened a $2.2 billion line of credit for Venezuela to purchase more weapons.

   B.E.V. has also followed the Obama Administration and Prez-Bo himself and his words and actions.  Obama will throw Columbia under the bus.....namely the Chavez war machine which will include battalions from Ecuador, Bolivia, Nicaragua who are all now staunch Soviet style socialist, borderline old timey South American dictatorships of the past. 

    One only has to look how the Obama Administration handled the situation with Honduras to see how they are going to deal with Columbia when Chavez's creates his own false incidents as he has already along the border of Columbia/Venezuela.   Prior incidents that led to war:

Former GRU officer Aleksey Galkin,^[9] former FSB officer Alexander Litvinenko^[10] and other whistleblowers from the Russian government and security services have asserted that the 1999 Russian apartment bombings that precipitated the Second Chechen War were false flag operations perpetrated by the FSB, the successor organization to the KGB.     While doing a quick channel scan this morning, I stopped at the History Channel which is showing the repeat series about gangs in the USA.  A mother, who lived in Compton, Los Angeles, wanted to get her son away from the Crips/Bloods gang problem.  So she moved to a small suburb of Las Vegas with her 14 year old son.  The 14 year old, seeing 'virgin' territory, built his own gang and brought crime and all  of it's horrors to the innocent people that were living peacefully, law abiding citizens.
    We all know that 'crime' is a constant and growing problem.  I watched a news shot last night of two African American males that robbed a jewerly store in mid day, and as an innocent customer tried to get out of the door, was grabbed and hauled back in and beaten by one of the 'robbers'. 
   Currently, B.E.V. is watching a Japanese drama show (in keeping with my now two years of not watching hardly any Hollywood produced prime time TV), which is about a WW2 Japanese soldier who was captured and detained as a prisoner of war until 1952.  Now who and where is how we in the USA, and most of the civilized World can solve our crime/prison population problems. 
    This Japanese soldier was in Manchurica, China at the end of World War Two, when the Japanese Kwantung Army surrendered to the Soviets.  His internment in several Soviet 'gulags', prison camps in Siberia is a tale of survival. 
    But there in, lays the solution.  We as a People in the United States, in general, have a huge soft side when it comes to dealing with criminals, even after our most nearest, dearest loved ones fall prey to these animals.  But the prison populaton has become a huge problem in the United States.  Our criminal justice system is totally broken where time spent in prison is only part of their 'normal' life, of a criminal.  They get out and re-offend, and some innocent person falls victim to the failed system, since the criminals themselves, often feel, believe that they 'have a right' to being a life time criminal.  The time in prison is often meant as first, a punishment for their transgression against civilized society, secondly, meant to to a deterrent to criminals to re-offend and commit more crimes.  The second half often fails.
    What needs to be done is to set up a system with Russia to build and house criminals from 'the West' in Siberia.  Not just another prison system where the criminals get 24/7 TV, library, soft beds, 3 easy meals.  But prison as it should be...the last place you'd ever want to be sent.  That place where one would think twice before committing a crime knowing that is where they are going to end up. 
   Watching a story on the 'gang' story, where a man's son in his twenties, with his friends, were just playing cards in their apartment, where these 'gang-bangers' tied up these young men and shot them all once in the back of the head.  At their trial, none of the gang membes showed any remorse.  This is where time in Siberia would come in handy during a young criminals 'path' to crime or living as a civilized member of society. 
    How the Russian's want to run those prisons will be up to them.  I can hear the bleeding hearts of the 'human rights' crowd now, as the crime continues to rise, innocent people die, and the prison's become more and more populated with life time criminals.  You know, once this system starts, and many of those criminals will not come back, because they will die in that harsh environment of Siberia, the 'word' will get out.  Do the crime...if you want to do the time...in Siberia.  But our streets will once again, become safe for the innocent, law abiding citizen.

17 Year Old Arrested for Murder

Conner has been booked into Metro Jail for Capital Murder.

Jo Ellen Russell was found shot behind the wheel of her car on Thursday morning.

Authorities say after the 63 year old was shot in the neck area, her car kept driving north on Brucewood Drive.

The car knocked over mail boxes and finally came to a stop after hitting and dragging a couch from a trash pile across the street.

This case is still under investigation.

Col. Van T. Barfoot, 90, has raised the Stars and Stripes every day at sunrise and lowered them every day at sunset since he served in the U.S. Army. Col. Van T. Barfoot, a local Medal of Honor winner, is under the gun from his Henrico County community's homeowner association.

In a five-paragraph letter to Barfoot that he received yesterday, Barfoot is being ordered to remove a flagpole from his yard. The decorated veteran of three wars, now 90 years old, raises the American flag every morning on the pole, then lowers and folds the flag at dusk each day in a three-corner military fashion.

    But B.E.V....where does Obama fit into this, I don't read anything about him??   You can bet.....at the end of this story.....the person who first brought this issue up against Col. Barfoot is an Obama supporter/voter.  Bet on it.    

Now for the Judas in this:  I was going  to say the Coates & Davenport law firm in Richmond whom is ordering Barfoot to remove the pole by 5 p.m. Friday or face "legal action.."      I imagine Coates & Davenport espouse common man virtues in their ads to the community in general in Richmond, but for the sake of the dollar, they took on and put forth this case...in the name of justice.....for the dollar.    But I would like to know....WHO...started this insane, un-American act of non-violent hate towards Col. Barfoot.   WHO is the coward(s) that hides behind a law firm......find that person and you'll find an Obama voter.
