First, you lie you way into a Presidential position, then you start manipulating the economy to the point of collapse. After that, you begin issuing Presidential Executive Orders that are mired in legalize but ensure chaos and disorder, most recently the very muddled 'Interpol' exemption order and now this 'Council of Governors'. President Obama Signs Executive Order Establishing Council of Governors
Executive
Order will Strengthen Further Partnership Between the Federal and State
and Local Governments to Better Protect Our Nation
The President today signed an Executive Order (attached)
establishing a Council of Governors to strengthen further the
partnership between the Federal Government and State Governments to
protect our Nation against all types of hazards. When appointed, the
Council will be reviewing such matters as involving the National Guard
of the various States; homeland defense; civil support; synchronization
and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United
States; and other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National
Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities.
The bipartisan Council will be composed of ten State Governors who
will be selected by the President to serve two year terms. In
selecting the Governors to the Council, the White House will solicit
input from Governors and Governors’ associations. Once chosen, the
Council will have no more than five members from the same party and
represent the Nation as a whole.
Federal members of the Council include the Secretary of Defense, the
Secretary of Homeland Security, the Assistant to the President for
Homeland Security and Counterterrorism, the Assistant to the President
for Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Engagement, the Assistant
Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Americas’ Security
Affairs, the U.S. Northern Command Commander, the Commandant of the
Coast Guard, and the Chief of the National Guard Bureau. The Secretary
of Defense will designate an Executive Director for the Council.
The Council of Governors will provide an invaluable Senior
Administration forum for exchanging views with State and local
officials on strengthening our National resilience and the homeland
defense and civil support challenges facing our Nation today and in the
future.
The formation of the Council of Governors was required by the Fiscal
Year 2008 National Defense Authorization Act which stated, “The
President shall establish a bipartisan Council of Governors to advise
the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the
White House Homeland Security Council on matters related to the
National Guard and civil support missions.” (NDAA FY2008, Sec 1822)
This will not 'solve' any problems. This is only going to do exactly what the students of Salinski want: create chaos and disorder.
This only adds another layer of BUREAUCRACY and ADMINISTRATIVE B.S. and RED TAPE to the entire system. This is straight out of the Soviet Union playbook on making layers of indecisive administrative officials that strangles any kind of competent decision making at the ground level. Namely again....the troops suffer under Obama.
With this order, Obama 'hopes' to create enough chaos so he can convince enough fools in Congress to go along with his 'civilian security force' idea ..the force that is 'just a strong, just as well funded, just as powerful, as the United States Armed Forces. This way Obama-Soros will have a 'military force' to unleash upon the American People and use against the U.S. Armed Forces since Obama will begin to 'strip' away assets used by our Armed Forces in order to build his 'civilian security force'. DO NOT DOUBT ME!!!!!!!
If anyone believes, thinks, hopes, dreams, desires, that Barack Obama will be a 'President' in the mold of Lincoln, Kennedy, Reagan, Taft, FDR, or even Carter, you have another thing coming......Obama is a radical leftist to his core. He has zero desire to be like any President before him that upholds the true ideals and beliefs of this Nation, it's Founders, and the Constitution. Read his books if you doubt me. Listen to his words and then see his follow up actions over the past two years. Obama wants to create a civil war in this Nation.........

This is all going to play back into his civilian security force plan, and in the destruction of the United States itself as he creates a civil war from all of this.....if he is allowed by Congress to continue unimpeded with his destructive plans.
