B.E.V. has been following Chavez's growing military build up and rhetoric of classical dictatorship propaganda, while telling you dear reader....that it is Hugo Chavez's full intention to go to a full out war against Columbia.  Let's look at the latest addition to his military:

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) - President Hugo Chavez said Monday that Venezuela has received thousands of Russian-made missiles and rocket launchers as part of his government's military preparations for a possible armed conflict with neighboring Colombia.

"They are preparing a war against us," Chavez said during a televised address, repeating a charge he has been making for months. "Preparing is one of the best ways to neutralize it."

Both Colombia and Washington deny having any plans to attack Venezuela, but Chavez argues they are plotting together a military offensive against Venezuela. Chavez says his government is acquiring more weapons as a precaution.

"Thousands of missiles are arriving," Chavez said. The former paratrooper-turned-president did not specify what type of missiles, but said Venezuela's growing arsenal includes Russian-made Igla-1S surface-to-air missiles and rocket-propelled grenades.

Chavez, who has been feuding with Colombia for months, claims an agreement between Bogota and Washington allowing the U.S. military to increase its presence at seven Colombian military bases poses a threat to his country. Colombia says the deal is only to help it fight the war on drugs and insurgents inside its territory.

Chavez also said Monday that Russian tanks, including T-72s, will be arriving "to strengthen our armored divisions."

Venezuela has bought more than $4 billion worth of Russian arms since 2005, including 24 Sukhoi fighter jets, dozens of attack helicopters and 100,000 Kalashnikov assault rifles. In September, Russia opened a $2.2 billion line of credit for Venezuela to purchase more weapons.

   B.E.V. has also followed the Obama Administration and Prez-Bo himself and his words and actions.  Obama will throw Columbia under the bus.....namely the Chavez war machine which will include battalions from Ecuador, Bolivia, Nicaragua who are all now staunch Soviet style socialist, borderline old timey South American dictatorships of the past. 

    One only has to look how the Obama Administration handled the situation with Honduras to see how they are going to deal with Columbia when Chavez's creates his own false incidents as he has already along the border of Columbia/Venezuela.   Prior incidents that led to war:

Examples of false flag attacks as pretexts for war

In the 1931 Mukden incident, Japanese officers fabricated a pretext for annexing Manchuria by blowing up a section of railway. Six years later they falsely claimed the kidnapping of one of their soldiers in the Marco Polo Bridge Incident as an excuse to invade China proper.

In the Gleiwitz incident in August 1939, Reinhard Heydrich made use of fabricated evidence of a Polish attack against Germany to mobilize German public opinion and to fabricate a false justification for a war with Poland. This, along with other false flag operations in Operation Himmler, would be used to mobilize support from the German population for the start of World War II in Europe.

On November 26, 1939 the Soviet Union shelled the Russian village of Mainila near the Finnish border. The Soviet Union attacked Finland four days after the Shelling of Mainila. Russia has agreed that the attack was initiated by the Soviets.^[4] Also, the nearest Finnish artillery pieces were well out of range of Mainila.^[5]

In 1953, the U.S. and British-orchestrated Operation Ajax used "false-flag" and propaganda operations against the formerly democratically elected leader of Iran, Mohammed Mosaddeq. Information regarding the CIA-sponsored coup d'etat has been largely declassified and is available in the CIA archives.^[6]

In 1954, Israel sponsored bombings against US and UK interests in Cairo aiming to cause trouble between Egypt and the West.^[7] This operation, later dubbed the Lavon Affair, cost Israeli defense minister Pinhas Lavon his job. The state of Israel (where it is known as "The Unfortunate Affair") finally admitted responsibility in 2005.^[8]

The planned, but never executed, 1962 Operation Northwoods plot by the U.S. Department of Defense for a war with Cuba involved scenarios such as hijacking a passenger plane, sinking a U.S. ship, burning crops and blaming such actions on Cuba. It was authored by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, nixed by John F. Kennedy, came to light through the Freedom of Information Act and was publicized by James Bamford.

Former GRU officer Aleksey Galkin,^[9] former FSB officer Alexander Litvinenko^[10] and other whistleblowers from the Russian government and security services have asserted that the 1999 Russian apartment bombings that precipitated the Second Chechen War were false flag operations perpetrated by the FSB, the successor organization to the KGB. Galkin has since recanted his accusations, which were made while he was a prisoner of Chechen rebels. However, there are other theories that the FSB engineered this incident.

   All Nations do this because of politicians.....the kind of people that B.E.V. detest the most since they have no regard for the average military men and women who have to bear the brunt for politicians who start the wars and then run and hide as the cowards they are.

   Chavez is no different, he lust for war, he has lust to expand his personal power.  No one has really challenged nor stopped him since he regained his Presidency, as evident by the continuing deterioration of private ownership and human rights in Venezuela.   War is coming to South America....you can count on Chavez.   But can Columbia count on Obama ?????   Will our U.S. Military who know this posting is true, just allow innocent Columbians be slaughtered by the marauding, murderous, communist minions of Chavez when they march into Columbia?   Watch this situation closely dear reader.....war is coming....Chavez can't back down now, not after building one of South America's most offensive geared military machines that is fed by his machismo ego.   Will Brazil and Argentina follow Chavez.....especially Brazil which has South America's most robust economy's and don't forget....the Olympics in 2016.   Being involved in war will mar any Olympics, the Games that will be held for the first time ever.......war will destroy that dream and chance....all because of one man...!!
