Yes, in this case, Prezbo did the right thing and bowed....well....almost the right thing. If he would consult Hillary Clinton and her State Department instead of that inner circle of Rahm, David, and the Czars, Obama would have been told to bow first without shaking hands, and then offer the Western style of greeting with a hand shake. But, what do we expect with a Chief Executive that has no real World exprience and just a bunch of rabid leftist radical's as his confidants??!!
