B.E.V. was on vacation as you, dear reader, knew well. It was a very nice vacation, doing something very mindless, playing slots. The row of people as we sat, we all were laughing, talking, enjoying our day......until one woman got a text message.....and she unttered.."oh my God!" We all stopped and asked, 'what is it?' She replied in a shaken voice.."There's been a shooting at Ft. Drum, Texas, a bunch of people have been shot and killed.' She read further into her text and informed us with a few more scant details, but all of us had the same feeling in the pit of our stomachs.
Not long after I had returned to my room and turned on.....I will write this out slowly for the White House......FOX NEWS......and then watch the early reports coming in. Instinctively I knew inside from the short details, this had to be a terrorist attack from a Fifth Columnist. When later the news started reporting the name of the coward murderer, I knew without a doubt, it was a terrorist attack, by not a Caucasian Christian Veteran, not a Catholic, not Buddhist, nor a Hindu, or Hebrew, not even a Wiccan or Atheist......but from what...all together now....a Muslim.
Then the weekend got worse if that was possible. B.Hussein Obama issued a trite, emotionless response, not even mentioning the words of truth of this attack, Islam, Muslim, terrorist.
I awoke Sunday to find that America had been again, betrayed by the Benedictess Arnold, Nancy Pelosi. Who pushed a fine work of modern day fascism through the House of Representatives, abetted by a rogues gallery of spineless cowards and traitors themselves who struck a huge blow against American freedom and Patriotic ideals. This group of 220, wish to throw fellow Americans into jail by not allowing them the
rights of freedom and liberty so hard fought for by previous generations of real Americans. What I mean:

Today,
Ranking Member of the House Ways and Means Committee Dave Camp (R-MI)
released a letter from the non-partisan Joint Committee on Taxation
(JCT) confirming that the failure to comply with the individual mandate
to buy health insurance contained in the Pelosi health care bill (H.R.
3962, as amended) could land people in jail. The JCT letter
makes clear that Americans who do not maintain “acceptable health
insurance coverage” and who choose not to pay the bill’s new individual
mandate tax (generally 2.5% of income), are subject to numerous civil
and criminal penalties, including criminal fines of up to $250,000 and
imprisonment of up to five years.

response to the JCT letter, Camp said: “This is the ultimate example
of the Democrats’ command-and-control style of governing – buy what we
tell you or go to jail. It is outrageous and it should be stopped
immediately.”
Key excerpts from the JCT letter appear below:
“H.R.
3962 provides that an individual (or a husband and wife in the case of
a joint return) who does not, at any time during the taxable year,
maintain acceptable health insurance coverage for himself or herself
and each of his or her qualifying children is subject to an additional
tax.” [page 1]

the government determines that the taxpayer’s unpaid tax liability
results from willful behavior, the following penalties could apply…” [page 2]

“Criminal penalties
Prosecution
is authorized under the Code for a variety of offenses. Depending on

an individual:
• Section
7203 – misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up
to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.
• Section 7201 – felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years.” [page 3]
I wish for you to note dear reader...the 'and/or', which gives Nancy Pelosi and the DNC (DEMOCRATS), power and authority to not only fine you up to $250,000 dollars......but to then put you in jail as well. All the while as they go to their $10,000 a plate 'fund raiser' dinners and pat each other on the back.
