Starting back at the end of the 1990's, a fledgling B.E.V. recognized the coming storm of economic and social upheaval inside the United States and called it Third World USA. Look at what our situation is now. (yes - I'm patting myself on the back)
B.E.V has several articles and blog notes warning about the Iranian ambition of a leading a reborn Persian Empire. Now we read about a growing 'Madhism' movement.

Iran last week held a multi-day conference,
bringing together politicians, mullahs, students – Shiite and Sunni
alike – to plot what can be done on this earthly plane to hasten the
coming of the anointed one, a messianic, endtimes personage known as
the Mahdi.
It wasn't a conference covered by the western press.
But Joel Richardson, author of the new book,
"The Islamic Antichrist,"
conducted interviews with participants of this year's conference, as
well as previous conferences, which have been held for the last five
years – all in a bid to lay the groundwork for an apocalyptic vision of the day Muslims will rule the world.
B.E.V. has warned directly about the ambitions of Hugo Chavez and his lust for war:

Mérida, July 24
th 2009 (Venezuelanalysis.com) -- In response
to Colombia's "unfriendly" decision to expand the U.S. military presence on
Colombian bases, Venezuela will strengthen its fleet of armored vehicles and
increase its military presence along its border with Colombia, President Hugo
Chavez said on Thursday.

President Hugo Chavez told his military to be prepared for a possible
confrontation with Colombia, warning that Bogota's plans to increase
the U.S. military presence at its bases poses a threat to Venezuela.

Venezuelan President
Hugo Chavez on Sunday charged that Colombian troops had entered
Venezuela across the
Orinoco River, a move he warned was a "provocation" by his Colombian counterpart
Alvaro Uribe.
"We are not talking about a patrol with a few soldiers that strayed over a border" into Venezuela, he said.
"These troops crossed the Orinoco River in a boat and carried out an
incursion into Venezuelan territory," Chavez said on his weekly
television show "Hello President."
"When our troops got there (the Colombian troops) had already
gone away," said Chavez, a leftist populist who has very strained ties
with the conservative Uribe, the United States' closest regional ally.
B.E.V. has discussed the emergence of China as a global power. They are going to continue to march forward, because they believe this is their 'time' to 'rule the World', indirectly or directly. The PRC has upgraded and improved it's military greatly, now it's time to put it all to one big test:

China's
military launched war games Tuesday aimed at deploying forces at long
distances, reflecting moves to ensure security in the restive western
regions of Tibet and Xinjiang.
The exercises will send 50,000 armored troops - the People's
Liberation Army's "largest-ever tactical military exercise" - to
unfamiliar areas far from their bases for two months of live-fire
drills, state media reported.
This will become a lesson's learned blue print for the PRC/PLA to begin launching actual military missions abroad.
