No, this is not a 'legal' case that B.E.V. is citing, this is a BirdsEyeView observation of actions over the past few months. Let me ask this to you dear reader, have you noticed, that the start times of President B. Hussein Obama's press conferences, live event speeches, at least 9ninety percent of the time, coincide the opening of the Rush Limbaugh radio show.
It happens either in Eastern or Central Standard time, depending upon the location where the President is speaking. Why? North Korea is within a warning order of launching a real war, Iran is still marching towards nuclear domination in the Middle East, Al Qaeda is spreading across Africa like a cancer, and Pres. Obama seems to see Rush Limbaugh as his greatest 'threat'. Like Obama is in 'competition' against Limbaugh for the 'ear' and 'minds' of America.
